Academic Documents for VISA
UNDERGRADUATE
For visa purposes, in addition to any other personal documentation required, you will need to present the embassy with coloured printouts of the following documents from EADA. If the embassy is unwilling to accept the copies, please contact us and we will reach out to them directly on your behalf.
- Invoice and receipt of payment:
Please, note that consulates require that you have paid at least 50% of your tuition fees to process your visa. To obtain this document, please contact the Admissions department at the following email address: admissionglobalbba@eada.edu.
Please, double check your passport number in these documents
- Admission letter:
The admission letter for the visa states that the academic transcripts will technically be open until August 31, 2025. This date will allow you to stay in Spain all year for internships, etc. if you like. For your reference, the complete academic calendar for your programme can be found in the Welcome Book.
- Academic certificate:
That confirms that you are enrolled in the first year of the Global BBA / Double Degree Global BBA & AI program.
- Study program:
This explains the courses, credits, and hours of the programme and should be submitted with your visa paperwork. EADA reserves the right to modify the programme of studies.
Please, make sure that your personal details on each of the documents are correct.
