Academic Documents for VISA

  MBA

For visa purposes, in addition to any other personal documentation required, you will need to present the embassy with coloured print outs of the following documents from EADA:

  • Formal confirmation of enrolment/invoice (matricula) and receipt of payment.

    Please check double check the passport number in these documents.

  • Admission letter (in Spanish)

    The admission letter for the visa states that the academic transcripts will technically be open until November 30, 2025. This date will allow you to stay in Spain until November if you would like to do an internship, attend the closing ceremony. For your reference, the complete academic calendar for Masters is as follows:

    This explains the courses, credits, and hours of the programme (in Spanish) and should be submitted with your visa paperwork. EADA reserves the right to modify the programme of studies.

    If the embassy is unwilling to accept the copies, please contact us and we will reach out to them directly on your behalf.

    • Start date: 26 Sep. 2024
    • Finish date: 31 Jul. 2025

    • 1st term: 26 Sep. 2024 - 20 Dec. 2024
    • 2nd term: 7 Jan. 2025 - 25 Apr. 2025
    • 3rd term: 28 Apr. 2025 - 31 Jul. 2025
    • Programme finish date: 31 Jul. 2025 (including handing in of final project)

      Closing of the academic record: 30 November 2025 (this allows for retaking of tests, attending of closing ceremony, doing an internship etc.) All dates are inclusive.

  • Enrolment certificate (in Spanish) called "certificado de matrícula".

    This letter gathers the information that is explained in your admission letter and enrolment confirmation/invoice.

  • Housing letter (called "carta de alojamiento"; only for obtaining visa)

    This document is only for visa requirements and the information is not true. The letter states that EADA will provide you with accommodation at our residential campus until you find your own apartment. THIS LETTER IS ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE VISA and is not an accurate representation of the residential campus or EADA´s services.

  • Programme of studies

    This explains the courses, credits, and hours of the programme (in Spanish) and should be submitted with your visa paperwork. EADA reserves the right to modify the programme of studies.

It is your responsibility to check that your name appears exactly as in the passport you will use for the visa. Please kindly check all is correct.
